PU heat transfer vinyl is an ecologically proven polyurethane film. it is produced by 100% PU, with soft hand feeling, high flex and matte effect. It is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton,mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. And can be used for lettering on T-shirts,sport & leisure wear,sport bags and promotional articles. with 100 micron of PET film as substrate, can not be out of shape under high temperature. It is suitable for big artwork , easy to cut, weed and peeling.
Reflective heat transfer vinyl reflects the light. It can be widely used for garment which is for safety warning. It will be formed by glass beads reflector after the special craft combined with PU material to form a novel reflective heat transfer vinyl.

Transfer Process:
1. Make the designs in the computer
2. Cut your design in mirror image on the dull side(that doesn’t show the final color) by cutting plotter or laser cutting machine
3. Weed the excess material from the design
4. Place the design on your fabric (final color side up)
Press down with firm pressure for 120-150 degrees celsius(320 degrees fahrenheit) with 8-15 seconds by heat press machine
6. Peel off the clear film on its surface ( cold peeling,better warm peel )

PU heat transfer vinyl can be cut by a vinyl cutter to print name, number, logo and design on T-shirts, sports wear and other garments by a heat press machine. Its soft hand, strong dhesiveness, excellent durability and washability are specially engineered for applying to T-shirts.
