How to use UV DTF technology?

One set UV Magic film contain 2 parts. 1 piece of UV printable magic film-A,and 1 piece of transfer film-B.

How to do UV DTF printing,please follow the steps as below:

1. Remove the release liner from Magic Film-A, with the adhesive side up,secure Magic film-A by tape (arround the 4 edges) on the metal plate.

   
   

2. Place metal plate on the printer

3. RIP the image and start printing

4. Tape Magic film-B's edge with Magic film A, then laminate Magic Film-B and Magic Film-A by using laminator.

5. Use scissors to cut the image

6. Stick the lead tapes to both sides of the Magic Filmull off slowly to separte the Magic film-A and B apart.

7. Stick the image part onto the desired surface and press gently to remove air bubbles,then quickly tear Magic Film-B off for keeping the images on the desired surface.
