New technology-UV DTF technology

Flad recently launched a new technology – UV DTF printing technology. 

The biggest advantage of this new technology is that after printing, it can be directly attached to the substrate to be transferred without other processing.

Advantage:

1. UV direct print effect,no need pre-coating

2. No heating process required

3. Good adhesion on curved, or rugged surface

4. No drying process required

5. No limit about the height of objects

Compared with tradtional DTF printing, UV DTF requires a UV flatbed printer and a desktop laminating machine. DTF requires a DTF printer, a shake powder machine and a heat press machine.

It is not direct printing on materials as normal uv flatbed printer, it is print on the UV printable film first then transferring on variousmaterials.
